SOVA is the project brand of Volodymyr Hulchevskyy. The intended supplier of paid Jobs services is Volodymyr Hulchevskyy, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine. No Luxembourg company registration is represented by this notice.

Scope and current status

An independent Tesla-focused service coordination and sourcing project in Luxembourg. The intended model coordinates partner workshops; it is not an owned garage or an authorised Tesla business.

This site is a public presentation or technical prototype. Paid checkout is not enabled on this site. Features described as concepts or planned work are not delivered commercial services.

Use of the site

Use only content and records you are authorised to share. Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful material, bypass access controls or test against third-party systems without permission. Keep account credentials private. We may restrict access to investigate abuse or protect the service; contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Orders and payment

Browsing, an enquiry, a demo interaction or a request for a quote does not create a paid order. Any future purchase must disclose the supplier or reseller, final price, taxes, included deliverables, duration and cancellation terms before you confirm it. The pricing page describes the current position.

Intellectual property and third parties

SOVA branding, original code and original content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Third-party names and media retain their own rights and licences. Links do not imply endorsement. Do not redistribute third-party material beyond the permissions attached to it.

Changes, availability and rights

Research and beta functionality may change or be unavailable. We do not promise continuous operation, professional advice or suitability for safety-critical use. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, data-protection rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. New paid terms will be disclosed before purchase; website changes do not retrospectively change an existing paid contract.

Vehicle and workshop enquiries

TLUX is independent of Tesla, Inc. An enquiry does not reserve a vehicle, workshop appointment or parts. Work, sourcing, parts, labour, timing, taxes and the contracting seller require a separately approved written estimate. No bid, repair, additional work or payment is authorised merely by submitting a form. Any future commercial service requires the applicable business permissions and completed seller information.
